Welcome! I can’t wait to show you what I have in store! In fact, we have a store. I’m taking my Amazon and shopping expertise and putting it to good use with an actual store you can buy from.
It’s called HapaGrey, naturally. Look for it to launch any minute now . . .
In the meantime, here’s some more about me.
I’m Heather. I’m a super disorganized working Mom who’s always running 5 minutes late and can’t find my car keys. I have an amazing husband who usually knows where my keys are, and a 7 year old who is probably trying to guess the password to my phone.
I’m also “hapa”, which means I’m half Asian (Japanese) and half something else (Western European), but 100% American. We are Los Angele natives, but we live in Austin, TX now, y’all.
Blogging has been my jam since the MySpace days, but life got in the way over the last decade or two, so now I’m back at it. I like to write about lots of stuff like Mom life and how to find your keys.
Basically, my blog is as disorganized as my brain and I post about whatever is going on. I’m super easily distracted, so pop up ads are my nemesis and I have a half dozen partially written docs to show for it.
I’m a devoted Amazon shopper and I love finding great bargains or DIY options with the help of Amazon Prime and some smart searching. (Note: If you don’t have Amazon Prime, items featured in my blog can cost you a lot in shipping. It is absolutely worth it to sign up for PRIME. Check out the free trial period HERE to see if it’s a good fit for you. Also, did you know Prime is 50% off if you are enrolled in select government assistance programs like EBT? I love children’s birthday party planning, bridal and baby shower planning, wedding planning and putting together the most fabulous and inexpensive treat bags for class parties, holidays, and birthday parties. I’m also all about Mom hacks and affordable fashion. I’m an expert Amazon bargain hunter, and I look forward to sharing the tips, tricks, hacks and finds I make along the way.
If you’ve read this far, I truly appreciate it and I look forward to interacting with you in the future. For now, please visit with me on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. And, of course, check out our store!
